Business Planning - we have created plans for many arts and cultural companies.  Our business expertise has helped to lever out funds from many sources.  We know that some planning is complex, which is why we always take clients through step by step to make sure there is complete understanding.

Cultural planning includes major reports for many local, regional and national agencies looking, for example, at the plans and needs for cultural capital infrastructure over 10 years or at the cultural needs of Europe's largest urban regeneration programme.

Development, fundraising, marketing and communications skills are vital tools we excel at providing in the cultural sector - from branding to touring opera companies, complete fundraising strategy for cultural institutions to running the development secretariat for a major European festival.

Research and evaluation skills have helped clients such as Cameron Mackintosh, the Society of London Theatre, other theatres, museums and galleries, and festival studies such as Illuminate. Social and economic impact studies and evaluations help plan future strategies and gain funding.

Services also include Secretariat and development work and change management, for example managing The Africa Centre since 2006.  We are experts at conference arrangement, most recently running the National Council on Archives conference; and being expert witnesses in legal cases.
